Diego & Vic
Not sure how these two would turn out. Diego is harsh, upsets easily and pretty insane. She's completely reckless though. So maybe when she's not having a bitch fit they are pretty good friends and they party and do crazy shit together?
Afina & Vic
She is Diego's twin sister. Much more quieter. Maybe Vic could help try and breakher out of her shell but I don't think it would work that much since Afina is pretty socially awkward.
Phineas & Vic
Party buddies since that's what he likes to do. He's a generally sweet guy and always up for some fun too. So, I can see them being friends.
Roza & Vic
Uhh, maybe enemies since Roza hates everyone XD
Dare & Vic
So, basically Dare is Vic's boss. She's tour manager. She puts everything together. Maybe the two were old friends and that's how Vic got the job. She's a sweetheart and pretty rebellious although there at times where she can't control what comes out of her mouth. But other than that shes up for partying and drinking and all that fun =]

DIEGO & VIC
that sounds good! vic is always up for anything, so i can see these two getting into all kinds of trouble, haha. if diego was ever freaking out around her, vic would be like, whoa, calm down. there's no need to get upset, and just, try to calm her down or offer her some weed or something. she also might ask why she's upset, cause she's all nosy, which might make diego mad, so maybe they have this love/hate friendship sort of thing?
AFINA & VIC
alright, i'm just going to say now that i love all of your characters names, haha. but vic would so do that! if afina was shy around her at first, she'd be like, hey, there's no need to be shy. it's cool, and would try and drag her places to go do really weird things and have fun or meet new people or something. but if it really bothered afina, she'd eventually be like, fine, what do you want to do? since she figures everyone is allowd to do whatever they want to live their life how they want.
PHINEAS & VIC
that works! i could see her randomly texting him sometimes and being like, hey, want to head up to the club? or something like that. so good friends!
ROZA & VIC
that works! vic is extremely chill and generally doesn't get involved in fights or drama or anything, but she is opinionated, and would be like, uhh, what's with the bitchitude? i could see roza disliking her and getting really angry and yelling at her while vic would just be sitting their all calm and giving her a weird look like, why are you getting so upset? haha.
DARE & VIC
that sounds good! vic would love her so much for helping her get the job. vic would probably have a lot of respect for her, not only because she's her bus, but because of the mouth slips, haha. vic is pretty blunt at times, and appreciates the truth a lot. but i can defiently see them being amazing friends!

I totally see the hate / friendship thing since Diego is pretty much unpredictable. But she would probably forgive her since Die doesn't really get rid of friends unless they do something terrible to her

Honestly, Afina might just follow her because she has no backbone. So I could deff see here just hanging out with her
