The Bad Intentions Tour had it's pros and cons for Evan but the pros were more plentiful. Honestly, the only cons were that he had two bullies that were practically always on his ass - today being one of the days where he had to deal with them for an extended amount of time. The two older tour mates ended up making him cry earlier this morning, and that something he was extremely ashamed of. Luckily enough he didn't get his ass beaten and he could enjoy the rest of his day in his bus, he even invited Rory over for the remainder of the evening. He spent his time in the afternoon on video games to calm down before Rory and him hung out. Call of Duty let both some anger and embarrassment out, thus making it easier for him to relax. Six o'clock was approaching on the clock and Evan checked the mirror to make sure he was looking at his best, which he didn't quite understand. Rory was his best friend, but there had always been some different feeling for him - a feeling that Evan was completely unsure of. Regardless, he found himself doing his hair and putting cologne and cleaner clothes on. Frantically he looked back at the clock and swept his bangs out of his face with his hand, his head peeking out the window to check for any sight of his long-time best friend. He didn't see him anywhere and told himself that he'd just walk in whenever, like he always did. No big deal. He didn't have to be exactly on time. Evan went straight for the xbox, setting up the two player mode and putting their favorite game in. Behind him he felt someone staring at him and looked back, almost panicked, but then he saw the peachy face of his pikachu and grinned to himself. "Pika... you're so funny..." He muttered under his breath and took the controller back with him to the couch and grabbing Pikachu from his bunk as well. He sat with his legs criss crossed, his arms around the stuffed Pokemon. He looked around and made sure everything was clean and he even got a juice box out for Rory - he knew better than to not have some of that ready for him. Rory stumbled down the stairs leading out of the Back to Dead tour bus, his squirtle doll under one arm and a six pack of applesauce under the other. He'd taken the little cups from underneath his bed where he'd stealthily hid them from the members the band. There was something about the fact that the Back to Dead fridge was filled with nothing except beer and liquor that made food hard to come by. He'd even had the terrible experience to have one of his bosses eat all of his animal crackers, it was a terrible experience. He thought he was going to die of starvation that night. A smile found it's way back onto Rory's previously troubled looking face. He'd just have to do a better job of keeping his hiding places a secret. Rory had left the bus without so much as a word to any of the lingering members of the band, it wasn't as it Mason was even in there. He was probably off doing whatever he did with Noah, or whoever. Drinking possibly, it wasn't his business what his boyfriend did.
His day had been made when Evan invited him over to play games. It was always so much fun to play games with Evan, he was so cute and nice, not to mention his best friend. Rory's cigarettes and lighter had been conveniently left back on his bus, he didn't feel the need to bring them with him today. It could have been due to the fact that he was going to be too busy to even think about them, or was it because Evan didn't smoke? Well, it didn't matter, all that mattered was that the red carton of Marlboros weren't in his black skinny jean pockets. Rory broke out into a skip as he neared his friend's bus, he was so incredibly excited and there was no reason for him to be. He and Evan hung out all the time, it must just have been the way Rory was all the time. He came to a sudden halt right in front of his destination and his smile grew. He opened the door over excitedly and jumped up the steps. "EVVVVVVVVANNNNN?" he sang looking around for his friend. Rory spotted him and went in for the hug, which was more of a nearly violent tackle. "I'm here." He grinned happily, "I even brought squirtle."

Evan's attention went directly from the floor to the peachy best friend of his as the young male sang at him. Evan's grin widened as his arms automatically wrapped around Rory - his legs as well. He stayed clung to his best friend while he talked, listening intently. "Really?!" He exclaimed, as if Rory bringing his squirtle were new. He released his friend and grabbed his Pikachu from the side of the couch, holding it in front of him. "Do you want to have a battle?! Or do you..." He looked around for the video game controllers, not seeing them anywhere and getting instantly frustrated - it showed on his face too. He shook his head and gave up on trying to spot the video game controllers - that he had literally just placed on the table - and looked back at Rory, a smile again present on his face, forgetting that he had started talking and just stopped randomly. He picked up Pikachu and sat down, trying to think of something they could do. One thing stood out about Evan today though - his eyes were extremely red, as if he had been crying for most the day, which wasn't far from the truth. He figured Rory wouldn't notice but a little, itty bitty part of him wanted him to ask him if something was wrong. The expression on his face was not sad though, in fact, he looked completely content - not that fake kind of content that he always put on either. Suddenly an idea popped up in his head for something that they could occupy their time with. He ran his fingers through his hair and said, "We should play a game! Not a video one... but like.. what we used to do." He hoped that it didn't sound stupid - Rory couldn't have changed that much, right? Plus, they could make anything fun because they were just THAT type of best friends. "Like..." He started brain storming the games that they used to play - like Ninjas, cops, robbers, and then remembered the famous old one... house. He grinned, "House! Lets play house."WORD COUNT: 388 OUTFIT: this hereTAGGED: rory <3

His grip on Evan loosened a bit, allowing the other boy movement. Rory shook his head quickly. "I don't want to let squirtle see that kind of violence. He's just a baby." A large adorable pout rooted itself on Rory's face at the suggestion. It was safe to say that Squirtle was not a baby, Rory had had his pokemon doll for a very long time. If anything his doll was close to being a young teenager, which as far as the age labels were concerned was no longer a baby. "Well, seeing that sort of violence right now." Rory's grin completely blew up the pout that had previously graced his child-like face. An expression that often seemed wildly out of place on the young adult's face. Rory waited intently for what the other boy was going to say, but never did. He pursed his lips debating whether or not he should push his friend to finish what he had begun to say but had not finished. He decided against it and opted to look at his friend's face, wanting nothing more than to launch himself at Evan and make him feel better. Wait, did Evan look sad? or was that a look of lack of sleep? There was no way Evan could be sad, he was Evan. "Evvvvvann." he said drawing out his friend's name, "Are you sleeeepy?" he asked the boy cocking his head gently to the side.
Rory grinned and nodded, "Yess! A game! An old game." He nodded, bouncing ever so slightly where he sat. He was completely impatient waiting for whatever game his friend was going to offer. Hopefully not candy land. He'd been forbidden to play it when he lost all the pieces to his sisters. She'd been really angry with him after that. A grin large enough to cause cracks to form on the boy's face appeared. "I love that game!" Rory squealed, "Squirtle and Pikachu can be the babiesss!" He stopped for a moment and bit his lip, "But who's going to be the mommy and who's going to be the daddy?" He looked at his friend intently waiting for his expertise on the situation at hand.

Are you sleepy? Evan’s head shook and he didn’t say anything else regarding the question – he and Rory had literally all night, it was better to start off with some happy times. Plus, his best friend was beyond the happy point and Evan didn’t want anything to do with ruining that for Rory. Maybe he wouldn’t ever have to bring Rory’s mood down with that junk that happened with Mason and Noah today; he liked that option a lot better. It could just be one night where the two could play house like normal—err, not so normal—eighteen year old guys. Giving his eye one last rub he placed a grin on his face and bounced with him, also listening for the response to his suggestion for a game they should play. House was always fun with Rory and Evan – every time they played it they added some crazy and unlikely twist to it and it was always different. They never planned ahead of time either – it was always on the spot thinking and that’s what made up Evan’s love for the game. It was spontaneous and random, just how he liked it. Evan was happy to see that Rory did not begin laughing in his face and liked the idea as much as he did. He didn’t exactly expect that to happen, but you never knew with time. Clearly though, his best friend had not changed much and that pleased Evan to a high extent. His grin became a thoughtful smile, his hand cupping his chin in the trademark ‘thinking’ position. He cooked and cleaned a lot, so stereotypically, he fit the mother position better than Rory did. He loved the boy, but Evan knew that Mommy’s are supposed to cook and Rory could cook rock cookies and that was about it. “I’ll be the mommy!” He offered almost immediately after Rory asked and shoved Pikachu under his shirt to give the pregnant effect. “Should they be twins?!” He asked, laying down on the couch and holding his hand out for Squirtle. "Well you look sleepy." he pouted a little, "Maybe you should go to bed early. Kay?" It was a suggestion that he hoped his friend would take. He didn't want Evan to take a nose dive off stage because he was too tired. That would be bad, but it was safe to say Rory'd be by his side while he healed back to perfection. Evan if he didn't get back to exactly how he was before, he'd still be there with his friend, holding his hand no matter what. Unless Evan didn't want him there, but Roryd be really sad if that happened, not to mention he wouldn't exactly understand. He dropped it, or rather his attention had been taken from the subject of Evan's bloodshot eyes, and was back onto what the boys were discussing, house and not Doctor house though Evan was equally as good looking in his opinion. Wait, what? Comparing Evan to one of his old television crushes was weird, wasn't it? Rory had Mason, and Mason was his boyfriend. He shook thoughts of his boyfriend and crushes out of his mind and focused on Evan and their game.
Rory covered his mouth and giggled watching his friend in the position he took to think. It was really cute and Rory loved when he did it. It reminded him back when they spent ridiculous amounts of time at each others houses. Those were the good old days when his mother still picked out his clothes, and everything seemed simple... not that he didn't treat everything as if it were simple these days. He grinned. "OKAY!" He said delighted with his friends offer, he would have been delighted no matter what had come out of Evan's mouth, it was just the way he always had been. His smile, if possible, grew wider. "Yes! They should!" he eagerly handed his beloved Squirtle doll to his "pregnant" best friend. "Twins are the besst!" he nodded slightly for an added effect.
